Verizon Wireless Theft
November 06, 2018

Theft of iPhones from Freeport Verizon Wireless store.
 
On 11-6-18 at approximately 4:33 PM, two unknown Black male subjects entered the Verizon Wireless store located at 2725 S. West Avenue in Freeport.  While in the store, both subjects obtained unauthorized control over iPhones and ran out of the store.  After fleeing from the store on foot, both subjects entered an older model silver colored sedan that was parked on a nearby frontage road.  The vehicle the subjects entered was last seen driving southbound on the frontage road towards Lamm Road.
 
Subject #1 was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes.  Subject #2 was wearing a dark gray hooded sweatshirt with black trim (hood was up), black pants, and black shoes.

Stolen air duct cleaning machine
October 29, 2018

On October 29th, 2018 between the hours of 7:30 AM and 12:30 PM, a Rotobrush Brushbeast air duct cleaning machine was stolen from the back of a pick-up truck while the truck was parked in the 500 block of E. Theft of U-Haul trailer

On 4-23-18 at approximately 6:00 a.m., a 20 foot U-Haul utility trailer was stolen from Porterhouse Equipment & Rental located at 3523 Illinois Route 26 South in Freeport.  The Utility trailer has "AT2956H" on the outside of it and Virginia license plates 266121T.  The Freeport Police Department needs assistance identifying the owner/operator of the red Ford F-150 pick-up truck depicted in these surveillance photographs.  If you have any information on this case please contact Stephenson County Crime Stop.
